On February 18, 2008, the tender evaluation group of Sichuan Jianke Engineering Construction Management Limited, civil engineering tendering agent of Kanghong Sagent (Chengdu) Pharmaceuticals Limited made an open, objective and strict comprehensive assessment towards the technical part and business part and other contents submitted by the bidders, finally determined that the eventual successful bidder was Sichuan Provincial First Construction Engineering Company.
 
On February 25, 2008, Sichuan Provincial First Construction Engineering Company entered into the civil engineering site of Kanghong Sagent (Chengdu) Pharmaceuticals Limited, completed survey and measurement and line-laying, which marked that the formal starting of Kanghong Sagent (Chengdu) Pharmaceuticals Limited construction project.

It is learnt that the civil engineering project goes smoothly and the construction of temporary facilities has completed on site.
