On January 9, 2008, GlaxoSmithKline's global manufacturing and supply vice president Chen Jiarong took GlaxoSmithKline (Tianjin) Limited factory director Huang Enna, GlaxoSmithKline (Suzhou) Pharmaceuticals Limited factory director Cai Deliang, and accompanied by Yu Hui, deputy director of pharmaceutical industry promotion office of  Chengdu Investment Promotion Commission, to pay a visit to Kanghong Pharmaceuticals Group and exchanged ideas.

Entrusted by the Group’s president Ke Zunhong, vice president Hao Xiaofeng and Yu Dechao gave a warm reception to the visiting guests, and made a brief introduction of the Group's development situation, independent innovation platform and in-study Type I new drugs to them. Then, the two sides make extensive exchanges of views on enterprise internationalization strategy, new drug development and quality control.

Talks ended in a cordial and friendly atmosphere.
